In this session we are all about the maintenance. Maintaining a meditation practice that we actually love, and have willingness to commit to yourself in this way, will orient you towards a life of inner ease. A weekly, deep, meditation practice to balance your heart, your mind, and your body.

Start the day right with meditation. Have you ever considered making meditation a daily habit? In this six week session we experience meditation. By the end of the six weeks you will have solid foundation, and the enthusiasm to make meditation a part of your self care ritual. Come for the peace, stay for the bliss.

**Preregistration Required for the six week sessions. These courses are not drop in.**
Teachers Message: Beginners Meditation
It is suggested that you make a commitment to attend each class for the entire program, there is not a ‘drop in option’ in the meditation courses. Personal growth, knowledge of the self and connection of the mind & heart will be the result of our six week program. It is understandable that at times we can not make a session as life takes us on a detour. Do not stress if you miss a session for personal reasons, you will get everything you need from this program on the nights you are able to be in attendance. It is all perfect… If you are late, just slip in quietly and join the session as better late then not to come at all. Fees are non refundable, this is a six week session, your space is your space to come to as many sessions as you are able.
